Servicing · DPD/bucket · collections · NPA · reporting
Loan management after disbursal, on the same record the LOS created. Track schedules and repayments, DPD and buckets, drive collections, classify NPAs, and produce RBI-ready reporting — one continuous view of the book.
From disbursal to close, tracked.
- 01
Servicing & schedule — two products
Bullet loans carry day-count payoff math; EMI loans carry a per-installment amortization schedule stored at disbursal. Dues and ledgers live on the same loan record the LOS created.
- 02
DPD & bucket tracking — per installment
On EMI loans every missed installment starts its own DPD clock; the loan's DPD is the oldest unpaid installment. Buckets update daily — the same signal collections and reporting read from.
- 03
Part-payment & pre-closure
A part-payment reduces principal and recomputes the remaining schedule (EMI drops, tenure holds). A pre-closure quote is outstanding principal plus interest accrued to date — no foreclosure charge.
- 04
Collections & penalties
Overdue installments accrue the penal slab on that installment's amount only. Delinquent accounts flow into collections queues by bucket, tracked on the borrower's single timeline.
- 05
NPA classification & reporting
Accounts classify as they age past 90 DPD, for both products. Reporting is structured for regulatory needs; formats and submissions are finalized with you on onboarding.
Servicing that reports for itself.
- 01Two products: 30-day bullet + EMI (3–12 months)
- 02Per-installment amortization schedules & ledgers
- 03Per-installment DPD; loan DPD = oldest unpaid
- 04Part-payment with schedule recomputation
- 05Pre-closure quote (no foreclosure charge)
